There is no set limit on usage of the star keys.
The Ambidex Gates can be opened as many times as the players wish to open them.

As long as you have the star keys, you can play the AB Game as many times as you want.
You probably won't be allowed to play it continuously, however.
There's a period of time between when the doors open, and when the polling ends.
Based off the last two rounds, I think it's about 45 minutes long.
So you can repeat the game once every 45 minutes or so.
